INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 3/4 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 scoop of Complex Berry 
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon carob chips
  • 2 tablespoons water
