Peanut butter, banana & chocolate protein smoothie

Although i’m usually not much of a fan of peanuts, this shake is undeniably delicious! With this said I would suggest only using a peanut butter which lists nothing but the words ‘organic peanuts’ in the ingredients.  Alternatively you could use almond butter or macadamia butter.


  • 2 scoops chocolate protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy milk or skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3-5 ice cubes


  1. Put everything in a blender and mix at high speed until smooth
