Tropical papaya and ginger smoothie

Papaya is one of those amazing fruits that we should all be eating more of – it is full of vitamins and minerals which help with digestive health, heart health and supporting the immune system as well as having anti-inflammatory powers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups papaya cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup of coconut milk or almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Leaves from one sprig of mint

METHOD:
